Cancellation & Refund Policy

R CUBE VENTURES AND INFRASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its
customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under
this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing
the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have
already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping
process.

R CUBE VENTURES AND INFRASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept
cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a
refund or replacement can be issued if the customer establishes that the delivered
product quality was not satisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our
Customer Service team. The request will be considered only after verification by the
merchant. This should be reported within 2 days of receiving the
product.

If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your
expectations, you must report this to our customer service within 2
days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will review the complaint and
take an appropriate decision.

For complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the
manufacturer directly.

In case any refunds are approved by R CUBE VENTURES AND INFRASTRUCTURES PRIVATE
LIMITED, it will take 16–30 days for the refund to be
processed to the end customer.
